Pick a month or a whole year, add your logo, a banner photo or a picture for each month, and download the calendar as a PDF.
A printable calendar lays the days of a month in a grid of weeks and prints it on a page. The tool counts days with whole-number arithmetic on the Gregorian calendar, not with your device's clock or time zone, so the same year gives the same calendar everywhere. For example, 1 January 2027 is a Friday. With weeks starting on Sunday, January 2027 has 5 empty squares before the 1st and needs 6 rows. With weeks starting on Monday it has 4 empty squares and needs 5 rows. You can start the week on any of the seven days. A year is a leap year when it divides by 4, except years that divide by 100 but not by 400, so February 2028 has 29 days and February 2100 has 28. The squares before the 1st and after the last day can show the neighbouring days in a faded colour, or stay empty.
ISO week numbers follow the ISO 8601 rule: weeks run Monday to Sunday, and week 1 is the week that holds the first Thursday of the year. That means the first days of January can belong to week 52 or 53 of the year before. On the January 2027 page with a Monday start, the row of 1 to 3 January shows week 53, since 1 January 2027 is a Friday in the last week of 2026. When the week starts on another day, a row holds parts of two ISO weeks. The Wk column then shows the ISO week of the row's Thursday, which is the week that holds at least 4 of the row's 7 days. With a Sunday start, the row of 27 December to 2 January therefore shows 53, because its Thursday is 31 December 2026.
You can add a logo that is printed on every page, at the top left, centre or right, in three sizes. A banner is a picture above the grid, in three heights. Use one banner for all months, or a different picture for each month: choose up to 12 files at once and they fill the months in order of file name, starting with the first month of the calendar. Fill crops a picture to the banner shape, and Fit shows the whole picture. A whole year can start with a cover page that holds the title, the year and a picture. Pictures are opened and shrunk in your browser (banners and covers to at most 1600 pixels on the long side, a logo to 600) and written into the PDF. They are never uploaded and are not saved: reloading the page forgets them, and so does Reset.
The tool has no built-in holiday lists, because holidays differ by country, region and school. You type the dates you want, one per line. Write 2027-12-25: Christmas Day to mark one date, or 12-25: Birthday to mark that day in every year. End a line with | red, or orange, green, blue, purple, pink or gray, to colour that label. A day square shows up to 3 labels; further labels for that day are replaced by "+N more", on screen and in the PDF. Labels are shortened to 30 characters. A line that is not a real date, such as 2027-02-30, is skipped, and a notice says how many lines were skipped. Up to 400 lines are read.
Download PDF makes one page per month, on Letter, A4, Legal or A3 paper, in landscape or portrait. A whole year is 12 pages, or 13 with a cover, and it can start in any month, such as September 2026 to August 2027. Style options are the font (Helvetica, Times or Courier), a colour theme or your own accent colour, weekend shading and the event colour. Up to 6 ruled lines for notes can be added under the grid. If a page is too small for them, the preview says how many fit. The PDF uses standard fonts, so a title or label with characters such as Greek, Chinese or emoji switches the download off and tells you why. Month and day names are in English. In the PDF a crowded day square shrinks its labels to fit, which the preview does not, so check busy days. The tool has no PNG export, does not sync with calendar apps and adds no moon phases or time zones.
Choose Whole year (12 pages), type the year, such as 2027, and press Download PDF. You get one page per month. Pick Landscape for a wide grid or Portrait for a tall one, and Letter, A4, Legal or A3 for the paper. Turn on Add a cover page under Pictures for a title page in front.
Choose Whole year, set the year to the one you start in, such as 2026, and set First month to September. The 12 pages then run September 2026 to August 2027, and the file is named calendar-2026-09-to-2027-08.pdf.
Open Pictures, set Banner above the grid to One per month, then use Add pictures in month order and choose up to 12 files. They go to the months in order of file name, starting with the first month of the calendar. You can also choose or change the picture of one month. The pictures stay on your device.
Open Pictures and choose Add a logo with a PNG, JPG or WebP file. Pick the top left, centre or right and a small, medium or large size. The logo is printed on every page, including the cover. It is resized in your browser and never uploaded.
Under Layout, use the row of seven day buttons for Week starts on. Any day can be first. The day names and the grid shift to match, and weekend shading follows Saturday and Sunday wherever they land.
ISO weeks run Monday to Sunday, so a row that starts on another day holds parts of two weeks. The Wk column shows the ISO week of the row's Thursday, the week that holds at least 4 of the row's 7 days. With a Monday start each row is exactly one ISO week. For January 2027 the first Monday row is week 53 and the next is week 1.
ISO week 1 is the week with the first Thursday of the year. When 1 January falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, as in 2027, those days belong to the last week of the year before, which is week 52 or 53.
Type one per line in the box, as 2027-12-25: Christmas Day for one date or 12-25: Birthday for every year. Add | red at the end of a line to colour it. There are no built-in holidays, so you choose exactly what is printed.
No. The text and the pictures are processed in your browser and not uploaded. The PDF is built on your device. Only the options, such as year, week start, colours and page size, are saved in this browser, never your holiday lines, picture names or pictures.
