Everything here runs on your device. Your files and text are not uploaded.
These tools work on plain text that you type or paste. Use the Word Counter when a form, an essay or a post has a limit. It shows words, characters with and without spaces, sentences, paragraphs and reading time, and can check your text against a limit such as 280 characters for an X post or 160 for an SMS. Use the Case Converter to turn a pasted heading into Title Case, fix a paragraph typed in capitals, or rewrite a phrase as camelCase, snake_case or kebab-case. Use Text Diff when you have two versions of a document and need to see what changed, line by line and word by word, with options to ignore case, spaces or blank lines. Use the Lorem Ipsum generator when a layout needs filler text before the real copy exists, by paragraphs, sentences or words, as plain text or HTML paragraphs.
The work happens in your browser tab, so the text you paste is not sent to a server and none of these tools asks for an account. Each tool has a copy button for its result. For encoding, JSON and hashes see the developer tools, for percentages and ages see the calculators, and for units and time zones see the converters.
No. The tools in this group run in your browser tab, so a 5,000-word draft pasted into the Word Counter is not sent anywhere. You can check this in your browser's network panel while you use a tool.
Paste it into the Word Counter and read the characters figure, or check it against a limit such as 280 for an X post or 160 for an SMS. Characters are counted the way a person sees them, so an emoji counts as 1.
The Case Converter and Text Diff each take up to 1,000,000 characters. A tool tells you when a text is too long for it instead of cutting it off.
It compares the two texts line by line, marks lines that were removed or added, and then marks the words that changed inside a changed line. You can ignore case, extra spaces or blank lines, and copy the result as a diff of up to 1,000,000 characters per side.
